"You don't get very far in life without having to be brave an awful lot. The most important thing about bravery is not about being fearless - it's about being scared and doing it anyway - that's bravery." -Ysebella Braye-

What Your Sleeping Position Says

You are confident and ready to tackle life.
You are pretty vain and happy with your physical appearance.
You are born to be the center of attention, and you're unhappy on the sidelines.
You're always up for trying something new - in and out of bed!

If you don't get enough sleep, you: Look like hell

It's hard to sleep next to you because: You toss and turn all night

You Are 55% Left Brained, 45% Right Brained

The left side of your brain controls verbal ability, attention to detail, and reasoning.
Left brained people are good at communication and persuading others.
If you're left brained, you are likely good at math and logic.
Your left brain prefers dogs, reading, and quiet.

The right side of your brain is all about creativity and flexibility.
Daring and intuitive, right brained people see the world in their unique way.
If you're right brained, you likely have a talent for creative writing and art.
Your right brain prefers day dreaming, philosophy, and sports.

In long, it meant: Extraverted Sensing Feeling Judging.

Let's see what it says about me...
  • moderately expressed extravert
  • slightly expressed sensing personality
  • moderately expressed feeling personality
  • slightly expressed judging personality

Extraverted - 33%
Sensing - 1%
Feeling - 38%
Judging - 11%

How come it's not total of 100% neh...

Ok nvm.. an elaborated version would be..

The Portrait of the Provider Guardian (eSfJ) - (Description by D.Keirsey)

Provider Guardians take it upon themselves to arrange for the health and welfare of those in their care, but they are also the most sociable of all the Guardians, and thus are the great nurturers of established institutions such as schools, businesses, churches, social clubs, and civic groups. Wherever they go, Providers take up the role of social contributor, happily giving their time and energy to make sure that the needs of others are met, that traditions are supported and developed, and that social functions are a success.

Providers are very likely more than ten percent of the population, and this is very fortunate for the rest of us, because friendly social service is a key to their nature. Highly cooperative themselves, Providers are skilled in maintaining teamwork among their helpers, and are also tireless in their attention to the details of furnishing goods and services. They make excellent chairpersons in charge of social events. They are without peer as masters of ceremonies, able to approach others with ease and confidence, and seemingly aware of what everyone's been doing. And they are outstanding hosts or hostesses, able to remember people's names, usually after one introduction, and always concerned about the needs of their guests, wanting to insure that all are involved and provided for.

Providers are extremely sensitive to the feelings of others, which makes them perhaps the most sympathetic of all the types, but which also leaves them rather self-conscious, that is, highly sensitive to what others think of them. Because of this Providers can be crushed by personal criticism, and will work most effectively when given ample appreciation both for themselves personally and for the service they give to others. This is not to say that Providers are afraid to express their own emotional reactions. They are quick to like and dislike-and don't mind saying so-tending to put on a pedestal whatever or whoever they admire, and to come down hard on those people and issues they don't care for.

Recommended careers..

In their choice of careers, Providers may lean toward sales and service occupations. They have such pleasant, outgoing personalities that they are far and away the best sales reps, not only regularly winning sales contests, but earning seniority in any sales group within an organization. Observing Providers at work in a sales transaction reveals clearly how this type personalizes the sale. They are visibly-and honestly-concerned with their customer's welfare, and thus the customer is not simply buying the product, but is buying personally from the Provider. This same characteristic causes them to be good in many people-to-people jobs, as teachers, clergy, coaches, social workers, office receptionists, and so on. Providers seldom become a source of irritation in the workplace; on the contrary, they are unflagging in their devotion to their company, and show such personal loyalty to their immediate superiors that they make invaluable personal secretaries.

WORRIES

Find it very meaningful.. just wanna share.. though think many of us already knew..

"There are always two days which we should not worry about. One of these days is Yesterday, with all its faults and blunders. We cannot undo a single act we did, we cannot erase a single word we said. Yesterday has gone forever.

The other day we should not worry about is Tomorrow, with all its possible difficulties and burdens. Tomorrow's sun will rise either in splendor or behind a mask of cloud, but it will rise. Until it does we have no stake in Tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

That leaves only one day, Today. Any person can fight the battles of one day. It is only when we add the burdens of those awful eternities from Yesterday and Tomorrow that we break down.

It's not the experience of Today that drives people mad, it is the remorse or bitterness for something that happened Yesterday or the dread of what may happen Tomorrow."

Then let us journey together, but one day at a time.

Here's some pix..

All waiting for the match to start..

S'pore & M'sia Ex-Int'l players' match~

S'pore & Australia players stepped in..

Match started!

It's time to fireworks!

30/06/2007~ National Stadium Soccer matches!!

Haha never ever thought that I would go to watch any soccer match in my life.. but I just did today! Went with Yanyang, his younger sister (Yanting) and JX.. Hehe @ the National Stadium before it's official closure which is actually today.. so sad.. this is the last event that's taking place in the old stadium..

Tickets at $21 wor.. Hmm cos we are not students haha.. student rate is $9 only :) Personally, I think it's sure worth it.. and to watch 2 matches.. plus hearing Kit Chan's vocals.. singing the National Day song and fireworks!! Hee.. we were waiting for that moment.. though it only lasted for about 5 mins or so.. too fast..

Hmm.. overall I guessed we all enjoyed the day there.. 1st match with S'pore Ex-Int'l players Vs M'sia Ex-Int'l players.. scoring1-1.. there's a 15 mins break time which was taken over by Tanjong Katong's Band.. 2nd match was S'pore Vs Australia~ S'pore lost, 3-0.. think all the S'pore players were demoralised.. but anyway both matches as friendly matches.. Haha even saw 2 players each from Australia & S'pore exchanging their jersey (not sure how to spell).. which was good I think.. but the Australian players were rough.. the way they played during the match.. push here n there.. haha and think our own player tripped one of theirs.. thus a penalty kick for Australia.. Oh.. Didn't really watch any soccer match before.. this should be the 1st time I actually sit down and watched it pretty seriously.. haaa.. The feeling is really different from you watching at home manz.. the cheering for the teams haha.. and the kallang wave! Haa but of course there will be some jeering no doubt.. but I think much lesser.. The Australian football fans are real good.. some even brought along their flags.. but I did saw a S'pore flag too :)
Actually there's still a party (till 3am) that followed after the fireworks, which is about 10+ le.. we didn't stayed on.. too hungry plus tired.. went for our dinner at the coffeeshop near Kallang MRT and back home. The ramen store not bad..

Yeah~ didn't regret that I went just now.. hehe.. Yanyang did asked us few days ago.. but till only today afternoon we gave him a confirmed answer to go.. Psps.. but really enjoyed it~ ^^
