16.6.07~ Saturday..

Hmm today..

Was raining heavily juz nw after my wrk.. abt 1pm.. super heavy rain manz.. had to borrow umbrella again from the tyre shop below my office.. haha but most of them were not functioning well.. Went to get a gift for Ashraf, my Sec Sch friend.. it was sort of last minute cos din know wat to get for him also.. 7 yrs we din see each other liao.. hehe decided to get chocolates instead.. :)

Took a cab to his house where the b'day party is being held.. cos nt sure hw to get there.. "The Waterina".. nice name doh.. i like the surrounding very much.. very relaxing and comfortable.. haa.. and as the name sounds, the condo is surrounded by pools of water.. haha and my friend usually practises his martial arts on the grass patches hoho.. i reached there early.. so he's still preparing some of the dishes... and tats the best part! Cos i like to see pple cook... and somemore he's my Home Economics partner last time.. haha and we were chatting bout in the past.. we were like this n like tat.. bla bla.. really missed those days though im too quiet in class.. especially like cookery lesson.. i like to cook and bake.. though my culinary skills nt good.. hehe.. usually juz gt a pass for the practicals.. and tink our whole class failed the theory paper..

Though i left earlier.. but still managed to try some of the dishes like.. the chicken wings, sweet & sour glass noodles and chicken spagetti salad.. yummy yummy~ like the glass noodles and chicken wings esp.. sweet n sour flavour "opens" your appetite.. hee.. and the wings was marinated with ingredients like chilli powder, honey, onions, chicken powder and black pepper seeds.. Hmm.. i'll try it next time.. and tink chefs loved to ask for comments.. "seriously tell me how it taste.." haha.. din know hw to describe but the food was really delicious! i sound so tan chi sia.. ^^

Anyway, Happy Belated B'day Ashraf! Too bad some of my classmates couldn't make it today..

Oh ya haha and my colleague, Uncle Adrian got me a Mp3 player for my b'day.. Samsung YP-U2.. Cos initially he planned to have dinner together plus my colleague Cindy, but can't find a common time.. Was very surprised juz nw.. and he put it in an envelope and secretly passed to me.. very secretive leh.. Hmm tats the pattern of my colleagues there.. though i find it somewhat wierd like hiding hiding.. and like some other issues like dining after our wrk.. only Cindy n me know bout it.. and tat uncle said dun tell others.. he seems quite close with my manager also.. but din intend to ask her along.. wierd pple..
