Do you guys believe in "feeding little spirits"??

When my colleague, Serene told us the story tat she came across.. it was really frightening lo.. imagine a poly student was the person who bought such spirits home..

From wat i heard from her.. tink tat boy was her auntie neighbour's son.. studying in Poly.. during tat period of June, in order to win the soccer matches.. he started to "buy" such spirits home.. nt sure hw much la.. but it was already scary to hear tat lo.. ok.. at first the young spirit really helped him in winning the matches and $$.. so he repaid him by "feeding" it food.. tink it was burning for him to eat.. The next day, he wanted to send it back to where he bought it.. who knows... the spirit was still in his house and wat he carried back was only the "medal" tat the spirit lived in.. there is a saying... "Qing shen rong yi, song shen nan".. the meaning is somewhat like this.. the spirit refused to leave his house.. and even disturbed his family.. Due to warm weather, his dad n brother slept in the living room, and both encountered sleepless nights everyday.. and his mum will have frequent stomachache @ 12pm everyday during her work... till she gt home then the ache went off.. it might sound unbelievable at first mayb.. but it's a true story.. and knowing things were nt right, his mum went to the hospital for a check-up and from wat the doc said.. her intestines gt all jumbled up.. and tat she had womb infection.. which the doc said was a rare case.. so, they knew tat things were nt tat simple anymore.. fortunately at this time, their relative was bout to look for a master who specialises in
those spirits or medium.. so they went together to look for tat master..

Just seconds after tat poly student stepped into the master's place, the master ordered him to kneel down immediately.. and telling tat boy to admit infront of a certain god (statue) tat he was wrong to bring the spirit home.. master decided to have a negotiation with tat little spirit.. went to his house.. and heard tat they bought quite alot of food and incense for it.. so as to persuade the spirit to leave their house.. after 3 hrs of negotiation, the spirit finally was appeased and willing to leave.. but nt the end yet.. the master told them tat if the little spirit can't be reincarnated, it will be back again... and while negotiating, the master spoke in english, while tat little spirit in hokkien (it uses the mouth of tat master to reply).. and they were saying you can hear how fierce tat spirit was..
